How long should I expect my order?
For ready-to-ship items, your order will be prepared and arrived in about 10 days.
If your order includes any custom pieces, the current processing time is about 2 weeks, plus ~10 days for shipping.
Floraire is a one-woman studio, and every set is made slowly, by hand, and with care. Thank you so much for your patience — I truly appreciate every order, and I always do my very best to prepare each set just for you.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. If your nails are still in good condition after removal, you should be able to wear them multiple times.
Please refer to the “How To” section on the homepage for application, removal, and care tips.
How long will the nails stay on?
Wear time depends on your application and how well your natural nails are prepped.
- Sticky tabs — 1–5 days (temporary wear)
- Solid nail glue gel — 2 weeks+ (can be re-glued if needed)
What comes in the package?
Each order includes:
- 10 press-on nails in your chosen design
- An application kit with a mini buffer, wooden stick, alcohol pads, sticky tabs, solid nail glue gel (sample size and UV light required), and a QR code for the instruction guide
Will my set look exactly like the product photo?
Yes — your set will follow the same design shown in the photos.
Because each set is handmade and nail shapes and lengths vary, small pattern differences may naturally occur.
Where will my order be sent from?
I currently live in China, so all orders are shipped from China.
I’m preparing a U.S. warehouse, and in the future some packages will be shipped from the U.S.
Import taxes and duties
I use duty-prepaid express shipping.
All import taxes, duties, and tariffs are already taken care of, so there’s nothing extra for you to worry about.
Refunds or exchanges
For sanitary reasons, all press-on nail sales are final.
Please double-check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure the best fit.
If your nails arrive damaged, that’s on me — please email me within 7 days of delivery at thefloraire@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to replace the broken pieces for you.
If you need to return any other nail products, feel free to email me and I’ll happily provide a return label. Just a heads-up—the return shipping cost would be on your side. I’ll do my best to make the process as easy as possible for you!
How to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please email me at thefloraire@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order.
What if I lose a nail?
You can place a nail piece replacement order.
Please leave a note in description about nail set name / hand / finger / shape / size, ex. Emerald Garden set / left hand / thumb nail / almond / L, and I’ll make and ship your replacement as quickly as I can, following the current lead time, each single nail is priced at 10% of the set price.
The replacement order is set to $0.1 by default.
Please adjust the quantity to match the total price of the nail(s) you need replaced.
What if my package gets lost?
No worries — I’m here for you.
I insure every package and will do my best to help track it.
If the package cannot be found, I will issue a full refund according to the insurance policy.
Due to time zone differences, I also encourage you to contact your local courier for the most up-to-date information, as they may be able to assist you more quickly.
How can I contact you?
My social media DMs are frequently blocked due to message filtering, and I’m not always sure how to avoid it; because of this, and the large volume of spam messages, I’ve temporarily paused DM notification.
